beaches

Five years ago I used to think that it's all about lines strings and straws. The finish line at the end of graduate school - the strings that ties me to my relationships - the straws I need to suck to move ahead. And of course, the most important line, the line that seperates me from everyone else. You need boundaries between you and the rest of the world. Other people are far too messy. Drawing lines in the sand, and praying like hell nobody crosses them. Well duh, like that ever happens! My wife and i spent an afternoon at Indian beach - its about 60 miles away from where i live and I realized there that - At some point you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep other people out, they fence you in. So you can waste your life drawing lines or sipping through straws or pulling strings, or you can live your life crossing them or breaking them. There are some lines that are way too dangerous to cross and some strings too tight to break. But if you're willing to take the chance, the view from the other side is spectacular.

Woohoo

Just getting started to this new world of blogging!
